Royal royals
The actual-diamond-crowned Queen Elizabeth II will be on display next week at Legoland Windsor next week, and will then be on display at the Legoland Discovery Center in Manchester. As seen below, the figure is on a balcony of Buckingham Palace, along with Prince Philip, Charles and Camilla, and William and Kate. In a photo accompanying this article, I think that's Harry down on the ground in front of the palace below the balcony. Poor guy, I guess that's what you get for being third in line. What happens after William and Kate's baby is born? Will Harry get sent off to Legoland Malaysia? Anyway, I'm a little confused, as I've reported this figure before, almost a year ago, and the article I cited there said it would be on display. I'm guessing that a fig this costly has probably only been on intermittent display, and the two articles in the news today didn't realize that the upcoming display is a repeat. Anyway, if you're in Windsor, check it out.

No gravity
A Sargent built this MOCathalon entry, based on a Calvin and Hobbes strip where gravity stops working for Calvin.
