Who is this
This figure was on display at BrickWorld. That spaceship sitting on the bench next to him looks familiar, so I'm guessing this is a portrait of a specific AFOL and his MOC. I'm not much of a space guy, so I don't really know who built what - could anyone help identify the fig, and also the builder? Maybe this is one of the guys who makes frog-driven spaceships?

80's movies
Mad Physicist is obsessed with cars from 80's pop culture. Well, at least he previously gave his take on TV cars, and now he's continued on through movies with Back to the Future and the Blues Brothers. Next I think he needs to move on to music and video games. If I may suggest, how about the ZZ Top Eliminator?

MiniBrickWorld
Mariann Asanuma brought this miniland scale AFOL convention to BrickWorld, complete with microscale MOCs on display. Now all she needs is for one of those MOCs to be of microscale figs displaying their nanoscale MOCs. And of course one of those would be of nanofigs looking at atomic-scale MOCs.

Eighties TV and movies
Mad Physicist has made a number of iconic cars from eighties TV shows. I've previously blogged a couple of these, but it's great to see them together.

Maurice Sendak, 85
Today Google is honoring the late Maurice Sendak on the 85th anniversary of his birth. I've blogged this before, but it seemed fitting to post this Max, that was displayed at BrickCon 2009.

Where the Sidewalk Ends
I think anyone who's been to grade school in the US recognizes True Dimensions' depiction of Where the Sidewalk Ends. I could have put this on MicroBricks as well due to those great buildings.
