There is obviously a Doctor Who fan at LEGOLAND Winsor. I've seen pictures of the TARDIS there before, but not as close up. And they've even updated it to reflect the last episode of this season. I like everything about the scene, but the TARDIS does look a little too big, I just might have to make my own version. ;)
My understanding is that they regularly change out the villain based on the most recent episodes of the show. E.g. here is an example with a different villain.
